I remain confident in this: we will see the goodness of God in the land of the living.

As I bounced down the road eating Oreos and Pop-Tarts for breakfast until I threw up, I would have never imagined that I would become an intuitive health coach.

But here I am, and here you are, and maybe we will be a right fit.

My journey down the holistic path began in 2002 when I was 20 years old and on 11 different prescriptions. As a teen, I had been diagnosed with PCOS, Endometriosis, and GERD, but no one thought to talk to me about diet or nutrition.

After being introduced to a very wise gentleman who taught me about whole food supplements and diet, my body began to heal. Within a few months of implementing his suggestions, I was off prescriptions, lost considerable weight, and had monthly cycles again.

Three months after marrying my husband, we discovered that we were pregnant and have since (home)birthed a total of five children. My complete surrender to the Lord, changing my lifestyle, and actively working toward healing trauma, have allowed me to live a life of joy, contentment, and vitality.

Over the last 20 years, while raising our miracles, I have studied with some of the most beautiful souls, learned from generous and brilliant teachers, and become more in awe of our gracious Creator, the wondrous intricacies of the human body, and God’s provision each day.

As I have navigated life as a wife, mother, and health professional, I rejoice in my calling to empower women as gatekeepers of their homes by teaching them how God provided healing in nature before the fall of man.

Professional Trainings

  • Beginning in 2009, my passion for understanding frequency and its impact on our spiritual, physical, and mental health was ignited. This journey started when I trained with Dr. John Brimhall, learning applied kinesiology, diet and nutrition, color therapy, emotional release, and other holistic modalities.

In 2009, I delved into Bradley Nelson’s “Emotion Code” and “Body Code,” dedicating myself to understanding how the body stores trauma, as well as exploring epigenetics, and the inheritance of patterns, beliefs, and emotions.

My growing understanding of the body fueled further curiosity, and in 2010, I began researching and learning about "Womb Wisdom" techniques. These methods combine emotional release, herbs, and bodywork to help women achieve greater balance and alignment.

Starting in 2013, I expanded my studies to include aromatherapy, particularly focusing on how essential oils affect the amygdala, and influence memories and emotions. Over the next decade, I participated in countless workshops led by various professionals, continuously enhancing my ability to better serve my clients.

In 2023, I reached another significant milestone by becoming certified in somatics. This certification has enriched my holistic practice by deepening my understanding of the body-mind connection and enhancing my ability to facilitate more integrated healing processes for my clients. This approach has proven invaluable, particularly in addressing and healing from deeply ingrained physical and emotional traumas.

  • Learning to do nutritional and lifestyle resonance has been one of the most important and fascinating trainings I have participated in. When I began applying this knowledge with family, friends, and clients in 2020, they experienced remarkable freedom with food and significant improvements in their health.

This journey in nutritional training was significantly enriched by my studies with Dr. John Brimhall, where I gained foundational insights into how diet and nutrition play a critical role in overall wellness. Dr. Brimhall's comprehensive approach provided me with a robust framework that I have integrated into my practice, enhancing my ability to support my clients' health through tailored nutritional advice.

In addition to my practice, I have taught nutritional classes aimed at supporting women at various stages of their lives—including pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, post-pregnancy, and those dealing with hormone imbalances. My approach in these classes has been heavily influenced by my studies in midwifery and the Brewer's Method, which emphasize optimal nutrition for maternal and hormonal health. These classes have been a conduit for empowering women with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their health and hormonal balance effectively.

  • My passion for learning how to steward my body better and to be the gatekeeper of my home inspired me to enroll in Dr. John Brimhall's extensive certification program in 2009, which focused on the six core values of health:

    1. Maintaining Structural Integrity.

    2. Reducing Electrical Pollution.

    3. Rebalancing Nutrition.

    4. Identifying Allergies & Sensitivities.

    5. Releasing Stress & Negative Emotions.

    6. Removing Toxins & Heavy Metals from the Body.

This comprehensive training equipped me with the necessary skills to assemble the health puzzle pieces for others, enabling individuals to achieve optimal health across mind, body, spirit, and soul. It has profoundly shaped my approach, allowing me to implement holistic strategies that address these core aspects of health and foster a deep, sustainable healing process.

  • Since 2009, I have partnered with women to focus on personal growth, marriage struggles, and spiritual development, helping them effect the changes they desire to see in their lives. My commitment to this work is backed by comprehensive training, including Level 1 and Level 2 certifications with the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC).

Additionally, I have spent many years participating in the “Called to Counsel” training provided by ABC, which has deepened my understanding and skill set in guiding women through their unique challenges and aspirations. This training has equipped me to offer effective, compassionate, and Biblically grounded counseling that supports women in navigating their personal and spiritual journeys.

  • My passion for supporting women through the childbirth process was ignited even before I got married and had my three older children. After welcoming three kids within 3.5 years, I transitioned from midwifery to dedicate my time and energy to supporting women as a doula and childbirth educator. This shift allowed me to focus more deeply on the needs of expectant mothers during one of the most transformative periods of their lives.

My training is comprehensive, including certifications from both CAPPA and The Bradley Method, equipping me with a broad range of strategies and insights to support women effectively throughout their pregnancy and childbirth experiences.

  • After years of dealing with PCOS and Endometriosis, I decided against using chemical birth control. Shortly after getting married in 2003, I began studying the Fertility Awareness Method of Birth Control.

This deep dive into natural fertility solutions led me to become a coach, where I assisted women in understanding their cycles, improving gut health, and supporting liver function. This path allowed me to empower women to take control of their reproductive health in a holistic and informed way.

  • As a Lactation Educator and Advocate, I taught, supported, and educated parents and the public about breastfeeding and related issues. My role involved providing comprehensive guidance and information to ensure parents felt knowledgeable, supported, and confident in their breastfeeding journey. This work not only helped enhance the breastfeeding experience but also promoted better health outcomes for both mothers and their babies.

  • My entrance into midwifery in 2002 marked the beginning of what I consider my true calling—serving women and their families. While studying at the Ancient Art Midwifery Institute and the National Midwifery Institute, I had the honor of working alongside and learning from several esteemed midwives in North Texas. This experience profoundly shaped my approach to women's health and deepened my commitment to supporting families during one of the most significant times in their lives.
